My background has given me a deep understanding of the many ways people cope, adapt, and strive for change, and it continues to shape the way I show up with clients today.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are. I have worked with individuals facing a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, substance misuse, life transitions, chronic illness, and body image concerns.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Whatever you bring into therapy, I believe that the nature and quality of the therapeutic relationship is key to facilitating change. With that in mind, I aim to provide hope, humour and compassionate challenge to my work and the therapeutic space.
My aim is to offer a contained, grounded, and non‑judgemental space where you can explore your experiences past and present, reconnect with what brings meaning into your life and move towards change at a pace that feels right for you.

Sarah has been a great support for my mental health over the years. She has helped me develop valuable coping mechanisms and gain a deeper understanding of myself and my patterns. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive therapist.
M.B.B
During my time working with Sarah she was an invaluable support to me. She provided me with a space to be heard and patiently helped me begin to listen to myself again having neglected my own voice. Sarah is warm and genuine and her compassion shined through on the gloomiest of days.
M.K.
